Community Update on Efforts to Establish A Right To Housing

On July 12, 2021, the Empowerment Congress Committee on Homelessness received an update from Alana Riemermann and Nicky Viola, Shelter Partnership representatives, on efforts to establish a Right to Housing in the City of Los Angeles.
