Since my return to the LA City Council, I’ve been committed to reinvesting in Leimert Park—starting with addressing homelessness. Over the past few months, my office has worked closely with Homeless Outreach Program Integrated Care System (HOPICS) to transition over 75 unhoused community members in the Village into housing.
